In the world of kitchen design, the minimalist trend focuses on refined elegance. At JustKitchens, we believe that a kitchen should not only be functional, but also a space of serenity. That's why today we're presenting a flagship model from Häcker: the systemat AV 2040 in fine black oak, combined with AV 6000 elements in natural shade. A contrasting duo that embodies understated sophistication.

The charm of contrast: black & light
The AV 2040 fine black oak stands out with its dark matte finish and fine grain, which gives it a warm wood texture. These dark surfaces are softened by touches of gold/brass, particularly on the handles, adding an elegant and luminous touch.
In contrast, the AV 6000 natural shade elements provide a light, natural tone that calms the visual and balances the whole. Thanks to this combination, the kitchen adopts a bold minimalist style while avoiding sterile coldness: the atmosphere is both understated and welcoming.
Exceptional materials: aesthetics and durability
The fine black oak fronts have a matt UV-resistant varnish, making them both durable and elegant. The worktops and splashbacks are made of ‘Tropical Storm’ natural stone, with refined white and gold marbling. This stone is not only decorative: it is robust and easy to maintain.
The Metro Glas drawer system is particularly ingenious: the drawers have glass sides (which can be illuminated with LED lighting), and the interior is fitted with dark grey solid ash inserts for refined organisation.
Minimalist design and clean lines

Symmetry is at the heart of the design: the linear cabinets and island share the same finishes, reinforcing the visual unity.
Lighting plays a strategic role: spotlights integrated into the wall cabinets highlight the splashback, revealing the natural marble. A smart home-compatible glass shelf with LED lighting adds an elegant indirect light source above the worktop.
In the dining area, the table combines a fine black oak top with black legs, creating a harmonious bridge between the kitchen and living room areas.
A seamless transition between kitchen and living space
AV 6000 natural shade elements, such as sideboards and wall cupboards, blend naturally into a dining area: their matt surfaces, brass handles and slender legs add character without disrupting the harmony. This visual transition allows you to move from the kitchen to the living room without any break in style, reinforcing the idea of a ‘unified living space’.
At JustKitchens, we love this type of design because it elevates the kitchen to a living work of art: a perfect balance of form, materials and light.
